DELIVERY COSTS

It is very important that you provide the correct delivery details
Additional costs will apply if a delivery is returned by our courier due to incorrect delivery details. 

If this situation does occur a second delivery charge would be applied.

DELIVERY TIMES

Valentines Day - if you request a specific time in your order message, example 10 am, we will do our very very best to deliver at this time but please understand due to heavy demand on this special day we can not guarantee it will be delivered at that specific time. We appreciate your understanding.

If requested Same Day Delivery is possible if the order is received by 1pm local time.

All orders placed after 11am on Saturdays and at any time on Sundays will be processed on Monday morning.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Our aim is to always provide 100% customer satisfaction. 

On occasions, a substitution could be necessary to produce your order. 

This is only ever due to the unavailability of flowers (some are seasonal) or vases being out of stock. 

Please note - Product photographs are a very close representation but should only be used as a guide. 

To maintain the appearance and style of the arrangement or gift basket, we follow these substitution guidelines: 

Care is taken to maintain the style and colour scheme of the arrangement. Colours and products will be matched as close as possible to the image, using flowers and products of equal value.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

1. Cancellation requests received less than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date may incur a cancellation fee. Customers may opt to receive a gift voucher to the full value of the order if they wish to avoid cancellation fees. Please contact us 0882941633 to discuss your options.

2. Cancellations received more than 12 hours before delivery date can be refunded.

3. If the cancellation is authorised proceeds will be refunded, within 3 - 5 working days, or at the discretion of the customer’s bank/financial institution. Proceeds can only be refunded to the same card number as purchased with.

4. We regret we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and/or are with a courier for delivery.

RECIPIENT DETAILS and PERSONALISED MESSAGES

1. The customer must ensure recipient details, such as their name and address are correct and also spelt correctly. Bay Junction Florist accepts no responsibility for any incorrect information, when such information results from a reliance on information provided by the customer.

2. In regards to online orders, customers should ensure that their personalised message is written to their satisfaction. Every effort will be made by us to ensure correct spelling, grammar or for making message cards and envelopes.

DELIVERIES IN TRANSIT

1. Bay Junction Florist does not currently provide a track and trace service but can provide an estimated time of arrival once products are in transit for delivery.

2. Proof of Delivery and times are available, upon request.

ADDRESS DETAILS

1. For residential addresses, if the courier deems a delivery location unsafe, the order will be returned to the dispatch address and redelivery fees will apply. Unsafe may include locked premises, dogs or an inability to leave flowers in a safe place away from public view.

2. For business, school and hospital addresses, Bay Junction Florist cannot accept responsibility for delivered items that are redirected to the front desk or reception.
